Condiments, Dressings & Sauces > Vegetarian > Almond Gravy >
2 C water
1/2 C almonds, ground
2 TBS cornstarch
Salt to taste
Blend all ingredients well in a food processor; transfer to a saucepan and cook over medium heat until thick. Dilute with more water if necessary.
Note: Serve with baked vegetable dishes.
