1 onion, diced
1 TBS butter
1 LB mushrooms, sliced
3 TBS water
Salt & black pepper to taste
1/2 C sour cream
1 egg yolk
1 TBS. dill leaves
In a large skillet, sauté diced onions in butter. Add the mushrooms and 3 tablespoons of water. Cover and simmer for about ten minutes. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. In a bowl, mix the sour cream with egg yolk. Add to skillet with mushrooms; mix well. Sprinkle with dill leaves before serving.
Suggestion: Serve with rice or green beans.
