Braised Mushrooms

In a large pan, sauté the onions in butter, and then add the mushrooms and 3 tablespoons of water. Cover and simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with the salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the egg yolk. Mix this with the mushrooms, and sprinkle with the dill before serving.

 

Suggestion: Serve with rice or green beans.
