8 strips of bacon, cooked
2 eggs, fried (with yolks broken)
3 thin slices of tomato
Mayonnaise to taste
Hot sauce to taste
2 slices toasted or plain bread
Cook the bacon and eggs in a skillet, drain. Spread mayonnaise on bread; layer the bacon, eggs and tomato. Sprinkle with desired hot sauce. Serves one.

*Shenanchie's Note: My former husband Rocky created this recipe years ago, which he used to make for his son, Bo James Hunt. Rocky called the sandwich "Bo's Belt" but I have since modified the title and the recipe.
