Butter TartsButter Tarts

Prepare Pastry Pie Crust. Form circles of uncooked pie crust into tart shells. In a bowl, cream together butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat in egg and corn syrup; spoon raisins or currants into the tart shells. Pour in filling (2/3 full each shell). Bake at 375-degrees F for fifteen to eighteen minutes, or until tarts are lightly browned.


Note: If tart shells are not available, try using muffin tins.
