Chicken Liver Pate
1/2 LB chicken livers
1 multi-purpose feline vitamin, ground fine
In a small pot, cover chicken livers with water. Simmer on low heat for about forty-five minutes, or until livers are fully cooked. Strain livers into a small bowl, reserving the cooking liquid. Mash livers with a fork, and mix in crushed vitamin. Serve a small portion with a bit of the cooking juice. Store unused pate and liquid in separate covered containers in the refrigerator.
Recommended: Add multi-purpose feline vitamins in the preparation of this dish to provide optimum nutrition for your cat (s). Use a mortar and pestle to crush the vitamins into a fine powder, and then mix well with the other ingredients.
