Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces, and brown in a frying pan with the butter and olive oil. Remove the chicken, and then add the onion and bacon into the pan. Brown until onion is translucent, and then stir in the flour. Add the water, wine and soup. Stir until the ingredients are mixed well and smooth. Then stir in the minced garlic. Pour the entire mixture into a greased loaf pan (similar to a meat loaf pan, or even a circular dish). Bake at 200-degrees F for about an hour, adding the mushrooms and the parsley after the dish is in the oven for 40 minutes.
