Creamy Fruit Salad
24 ounces cottage cheese
1 container (12 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 package (6 ounces) orange-flavored gelatin mix
2 cans (11 ounces) mandarin oranges, drained
1 can (20 ounces) pineapple chunks, drained
In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, whipped topping and gelatin mix. Stir in oranges and pineapple. Chill in refrigerator for a few hours before serving.
