Creamy Mustard Sauce
1/2 C chilled whipping cream
1 TBS prepared mustard
1/4 tsp. lemon juice
Dash of salt
Dash of black pepper
Beat the whipping cream in a chilled bowl until stiff. Mix the remaining ingredients together; fold into the whipped cream. Makes about one cup of sauce.
Suggestions: Serve with corned beef, ham, pork, cauliflower or Brussels sprouts.
