Curry Mayonnaise (for artichokes)
1 C mayonnaise
2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. butter
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add curry powder. Boil gently for one to two minutes over low heat to rid the curry powder of bitterness. Cool mixture and blend with mayonnaise.
