1 can (20 oz.) garbanzo beans, drained
1 large garlic clove, peeled & minced
3 TBS olive oil
2 TBS lemon juice
1/4 C parsley, chopped
1/4 C green onion, sliced (include greens)
Pepper to taste
Combine ingredients in a blender. Mix until smooth. Refrigerate. Use with raw vegetables, chips or crackers.
