Green Beans, Mushrooms & Onions
2 cans green beans, drained OR 1 LB fresh green beans, cleaned with ends snipped
1 LB fresh mushrooms, cleaned & sliced
1 whole onion, peeled and sliced into rings
Olive oil or butter
Salt & pepper to taste
In a large skillet or wok, add olive oil or butter and warm over medium-high heat. Add green beans, mushrooms and onions. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Toss to mix. Cook for ten minutes, stirring frequently, until vegetables are tender. Serve warm.
