Wash limes thoroughly, lightly scrubbing skins under cold water. Cut off ends and slice into eight wedges. Place limes in a blender with sugar, sweetened condensed milk, water and ice. Blend, pulsing at least five times. Strain mixture through a fine-mesh strainer to remove rinds. Serve over more ice.
