1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 TBS butter, melted
1 LB ground pork
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cloves
2 TBS olive oil
3 C beef stock
1 TBS flour
Sauté the onion and garlic in butter until the onions are transparent. In a medium bowl, mix together the pork, ginger, cloves and onion and garlic mixture. Shape meat into 2" balls, and brown in a large skillet with olive oil over medium heat. Add the beef stock and simmer for thirty minutes, Blend the flour with a small amount of water. Add the flour mixture to the beef stock, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Serve hot.
