Potatoes & Meat

In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients (except for the ground meat). Place the ground meat into a separate bowl; shape into meatballs. Roll out dough thinly (about 1/4"); cut into circles. Place a meat ball in each dough circle; close up the sides of the dough until you have a round ball. Lower the balls into salted, boiling water. Boil for about fifty minutes, or until the dough appears al dente. Serve with butter or fruit preserves.
