4 precooked cold knackwurst, peeled, & sliced thin
1 small purple onion, sliced thin
Salt & black pepper to taste
3 TBS wine vinegar
4 TBS vegetable oil
Place knackwurst and sliced onion on a plate. In a bowl, whisk together vinegar, oil, salt and black pepper. Pour dressing over the knackwurst and onions. Suggestion: Serve with rye bread (as pictured above).
