Melt butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add the semi-sweet chocolate. Cover and let rest for about three minutes or until the chocolate melts; stir until smooth. Gradually add heavy cream; stir until fully blended and chocolate loses its shine. Refrigerate until slightly firm, about twenty to thirty minutes. Roll into balls and then roll into chopped 3-Musketeers Bars, pressing gently. Recipe yields about sixty Witches Warts.
