Shenanchie O'Toole is the creator and webmaster of Food Fare, and the sole writer of all articles, newsletters and content. She is also chief-editor of the Community Garden Cookbook, Food Fare Cookbook, Furry Friends Cookbook and Recipes-on-a-Budget Cookbook, co-editor of the Larkin Community Cookbook and Ambrosia Cookbook, and the author of Food Fare's Culinary Collection and Food Articles.
Shenanchie writes fiction novels under the pseudonyms Deborah O'Toole and Deidre Dalton.
Writing as Deborah O'Toole, she is the author of Celtic Remnants, a novel of enduring yet impossible love and betrayal set in the turbulence of Ireland, glamour of London and the wilds of Scotland.
She is also author of the mystery/suspense novel Mind Sweeper. In addition, she is author of several juvenile fiction titles (the Short Tales Collection), and a volume of abstract poetry (Torn Bits & Pieces).
Writing as Deidre Dalton she is author of the Collective Obsessions Saga, which chronicles the loves and intricate obsessions between two families sweeping a span of more than one hundred years, all set against the backdrop of a Gothic seaside mansion in Maine.
Novels in the saga include Passion Forsaken, Quixotic Crossings, The Twain Shall Meet, Enthrallment, The Keeper's Journal, Hearts Desires, The Twilight and Megan's Legacy. The books are scheduled for release by Club Lighthouse Publishing through 2013.
Other "Deidre Dalton" titles include Bloodfrost, Bloodlust and Blood & Soul. The books are part of the Bloodline Trilogy, to be released through 2012-2014.
"Shenanchie" also enjoys web design. She has assembled several variations of her own web site over the years and continues to work freelance for a select number of clients. Shenanchie lives in the United States, where she continues to write, design web sites and experiment with new dishes on a regular basis. Having been married three times, she prefers to share her house with a black-Labrador-mix named Rainee Gabriella and with a demonic feline of suspect Bengal-origins simply known as Kiki Alexandra.
