Summer Burgers

As much as I detest hot weather, food offerings are much better during the summer season. Not only is there a larger variety of fresh vegetables, cooking outdoors also becomes more commonplace. On the rare occasions I eat beef, I'd rather have a burger from the grill than the frying pan or broiler any day.

I also love the "cool sides" that somehow seem to taste better during summer: coleslaw, fried green tomatoes, potato and pasta salads.
